Opening Day

Opening Day Information - Saturday, April 20

Games start at 9:00 am and will be held all day. Face painting, a bouncy house, and food trucks will be available.

Opening Day Ceremonies begin at 11:00 am

Coaches and players need to be on the tennis courts and READY by 10:45am. There will be signs with the team names hanging inside the tennis courts. 

Please be advised that you cannot park in front of Penn Forest Elementary School Roanoke County Police patrol the parking lot and will give out tickets. 

Parking is available on the road behind Darrell Shell fields (Commonwealth Drive). You can park on the side of the road with the fields. 

Opening Day Team Volunteer Schedule

Each team is responsible for various duties during Opening Day. You or the Head Coach are responsible for distributing your team’s Volunteer Duties among the parents.

An Opening Day Volunteer Schedule will be made available prior to Opening Day.
