All K- 16 year old girls living in southwest Roanoke County
(including the Windsor Hills and Cave Spring magisterial districts), interested
in playing softball must complete an
online registration before March 1, 2011 to avoid late fees.
(Registration will open on January 15, 2011)
Please register all returning players promptly. All new players must
submit a birth certificate per online instructions.

There is a $5.00 discount for each additional softball player within the same

Opening Day is May 7, 2011 at Darrell Shell Park.
Practice begins by the first of April. |
FOR YOUR INFORMATION
1. Play Up Requests - Requests for players to move to an older age group
require a written request to the Board of Directors.
1.1. The written request must be sent to Box 20894, Roanoke,
Virginia 24018.
1.2. While the request can be noted on the registration form,
only an official request in the form of a letter to the Board will be
considered.
1.3. Written requests for players to move to an older age group
must be received and approved by the SCSL Board of Directors before the first
tryout.
2. Same Team Requests
- Requests to play on the same team as a friend requires a reciprocal request
on the friend’s registration. Only one reciprocal request will be considered.
3. Coach Requests
- Requests for a specific coach will not be honored.
4. Higher Level Play Requests
- Requests in “A” level play will not be honored.
5. The Board cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted.
